Horrible service from the so called supervisor!

Great place love the scenery, we had made a reservation only to get there not to get a table, but the receptionist went out of her way to get us a table, Thank you for that

Took us about 15min to get our menus Another 10min to get our drink,and we placed our food order same time ohh well little did we know we will get our food after an hour waiter was no where to be found we had to got to go complain to the receptionist only to get COLD food, I ate I was hungry no sorry nothing from the waiter no sorry no remorse nothing from the waiter when we asked to speak to his manager he told us they all gone, we should report all our issues with him? Really then once again we had to go back to the lady in front and tell her about her cold food, and yes I did pay for my food but your customer care really needs some major improvement yes we do understand that's it's busy/peak season but treatment received yesterday was totally unacceptable was definitely not worth my cents!
