Bad experience at Nicol Hotel and Conference Centre

I had a very bad experience at the Nicol Hotel located in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. I was given to a room 110 which was filthy dirty. I was totally disgusted with the following: (i) pillows were visibility dirty, (ii) sheets were dirty, (iii) the floor was very dirty with hair all over, (iv) the room had only one duvet in winter and when I requested for another one, I got torn blanket, (v) at the reception there was a pregnant lady who appeared irritated when I asked about the TV that was not working
