The Nicol Hotel and Conference Center receptionist treatment towards us over the weekend was not good at all. The indian lady from the reception had treated us like we sort of trash people the whole weekend.
Today morning she says 5 towels are missing from the 401 apartment which was booked. First of all she doesn't know how to communicate with customers or is because of the color, I did see that women has a very bad attitude. Do we look like thieves?? Why don't she find out from the person who was looking after us cleaning our apartment? because they also took towels on Sat and never replaced them. secondly we complained about the fridge not working since Friday our food just went off and no one assisted. we had to put everything on the freezer as the other side of the fridge wasn't working.
I do not want to mention the dirty pillows they used. Please take action and also treat your staff to communicate with everyone in a good manner shouldn't divide.
