I would like to write a review about Prime Meridian Direct It is the most helpful insurance agent i have ever dealt with. The team is honest and up front with everything. They actively look for the best rates and always looking out for their customers. PMD Always ready to help find the best way for you to cover your car at the affordable premium.
I have a car insured with PDM . Im sure this is a second review im writting about you guys. My car was involved in the accident lastyear in April 2022. Car got fixed. But one part was not fixed which is the rear sensors. Been fighting this issue to be resolved up until today nothing has been sorted. PMD sent the first quote to Renew it in Sandton for everything to be fixed in the car. But i was told theres no stock of rear sensors i should bring the car back as soon as they have stock. Till today they still dont have it. Today i am getting an email from Ilhaam Williams whos is handling my issue from Re new it. Email read as below. *Good day Zama, I trust you are well. Please note that the rear PDC set has been declined by your insurance company this morning. Kindly be advised that the part cannot be ordered and your vehicle cannot be check-in as no work will be carried out on your vehicle. * So after received the above mail i then phone my insurance to get clarity. Spoke to Zolani who is under legal department he says there must be a miscommunication between the two parties. They will sort it out. Ilhaam williams says the person who did the quote from beginning did not do the quote correctly. I even told PMD consultant to never phone me talking about the debit order being missed, i told them to dare try me and debit my account without this part being installed. I have every right to cancel insurance with you guys but i wont let you go if this issue is not sorted. I have been saying i need to trade in the car but i can't because of one part missing it is going to cost me. The car was supposed to be traded in in jan but i cant up until today i cant trade in the car .I am paying R1600 monthly but the service im getting its like im paying zero rands. I have been phoning in to cancel my insurance and look somewhere and the lady has promised me to sort my query hence i just asked her to tell the accounts people to not debit my account until my sensor is being installed. PMD need to sort out the after sales department because its Kaak service im telling you. When they debit they so fast to phone you they did not get funds from your account but wait until you need help from them its a back-and-forth thing. It's been a year and a half my sensor not installed.
I am currently staying in URBAN BRUMA VILLAGE under MAFADI properties. I have a problem with the service we getting as tenants from both parties as they working together. everyone in the building is complaining about the water bill that came through for November. some tenants need to pay a bill of more than R2000 which is ridiculous especial if there's only two of you guys paying. I was the first tenant to stay in Bruma from 2019 i have never came accross the bill they charged me since ever. it is even worse i was not even around went to KZN but come back the water bill is on R700. i have sent mails to both companies but i am not getting any response. This is coming to my last nerve as they seem like they don't care at all. Can ideal prepaid speak to the Mafadi property manager to sort thhis out asap AS I WONT BE PAYING THAT AMOUNT!!! and im on 4 units as we speaking. Can you guys attend to this immediately
The Nicol Hotel and Conference Center receptionist treatment towards us over the weekend was not good at all. The indian lady from the reception had treated us like we sort of trash people the whole weekend. Today morning she says 5 towels are missing from the 401 apartment which was booked. First of all she doesn't know how to communicate with customers or is because of the color, I did see that women has a very bad attitude. Do we look like thieves?? Why don't she find out from the person who was looking after us cleaning our apartment? because they also took towels on Sat and never replaced them. secondly we complained about the fridge not working since Friday our food just went off and no one assisted. we had to put everything on the freezer as the other side of the fridge wasn't working. I do not want to mention the dirty pillows they used. Please take action and also treat your staff to communicate with everyone in a good manner shouldn't divide.
I am so annoyed with the service i am receiving from Faheemud His email is Faheemud-deenw@motorhappy.co.za His into sales. He helped me take insurance but I'm trying to get assistance from him . instead he cant help me and he hangs up the phone. He is so rude and just because of his service i cannot deal with such i am cancelling my insurance . He has bad attitude over the phone and hangs up when you ask him questions. His contact number is 0116637000 Dont even think of calling this number because once he made you take the insurance whatever happens after he odes not care and his very rude to his customers.
Will like to Thank Audrey Shabangu from customer care and Letitia Mahlangu for such an amazing job they did after my complaint. Everything was sorted within 2 days got the new fridge i wanted and i am so happy. I dont think without them my issue was gonna be solved. They did an excellent job thank you once again . Your assistance was much appreciated.The rating stars is not for the Teljoy Company but for the well job done by the two ladies .
I have an account with Teljo for almost 2 years.The fridge i took from them stopped operating a month ago. For me to get a loan fridge it took them 2weeks to send a loan fridge, Guess what they brought a fridge after me calling them everyday , They never bother to pick up the phones and call me . They dont update even on email. No response on mails. The Loan Fridge they brought is way too small , i called and complain that i wont be able to use that student fridge!! What makes me mad is that Teljoy does not care about their customers when they need their aftersales assistance. Too quick to advice you to get an account with them . But when its time to help you with Technician quieries they DONT CARE!! I am actually paying for something that i dont use at all. I call everyweke speak to diffrent people but no progress. I have asked them to come collect their s****Fridge including the Loan one . Will go do business with people who really know how to treat their customers. You cant even upgrade to a different fridge because the technician case is still open. Why is that my problem , why cant they just fetch the fridge keep it to their warehouse so i can get the new upgrade, I am so dissapointed with such ridiculous service. im on the second month with no help from these people. I dont even want to mention The Hisense brand is a Bull**** brand i have ever bought in my whole entire life. The mirror fridge did not last even 2 years with me that time they dont even have parts when your fridge gets faulty. I have been so patient with Teljoy using my own airtime to follow up and i get told lies every week. I got debited for something that i dont use and the loan fridge they sent is a KAAK fridge. I do not wnat them to Debit anything for the fridge this month because this is not going to end well.
so i bought 1/4 chicken with a roll and chips and made sure the person taking my order understand when I say I want well done chicken , hence its not the first time . everytime I order from Nandos in Bruma its either my order is incorrect or the chicken I half cooked. I have explained to their manager (TISHI) about the incident happened today. I cannot remember a day where I order food from Nandos in Bruma and I don't complain. When you say can they add extra sauce I don't know whether they add gravy but its some sort of soup with juicy water that get drained from the chicken. If they don't take our orders seriously im not going to buy anything from Nandos Bruma as I work around and always have lunch there. But I cant keep on complaining about the same thing over again but no changes.
