I have a TNF thermoball jacket that was a little frayed around the collar. Since this could be considered wear, I contacted Sector Group (local distributors) and asked if they would be able to repair it for me and what the cost would be. A very helpful lady asked me to mail through pictures of the jacket and damage. She mailed me back to say that they would send a courier to collect it from my home and repair it under warranty at no charge. Wow! I will certainly continue to support this great brand.

Bought 2 Jackets online from northfaceafrica.com I received via post a Sunglass. When I requested a refund and a collection of the incorrect item supp**** , northface Africa has gone radio silent. No response. I do not recommend anyone to purchase online.

I wanted to purchase a Diablo jacket from the Outlet. It showed 50% off and €160. I carried on shopping to the end and was shocked to see the price was wrong. I tried calling the call centre, the 0800 number on the Help page was not valid. You have to have fast eyes to spot a whole different number that shows when you select "Email us". Their call centre is hopeless. They do not provide a reference number for a call. They have no supervisor or manager available to speak with. It was like talking to a call centre in Zimbabwe. In fact, maybe that would be even better than this.

This is the best retail service that I have received in a long time..and I never even purchased anything. It was a gift exchange for size..But the 2 gents that is in that store Is so friendly and accommodating and really just nice guys that I had to compliment them..thank you and please keep up the good work.

Nothing less than insulting ... a) to have to write to North Face to find out the most basic information about what is included with the product (Mountain 25 tent) and ... b) to be dismissed in such a manner, by someone who couldn't even be bothered to ready my email properly. What has become of this company? Product information on their website conflicts with what is provided in the user manual ... and their online video doesn't include anything but the obvious and neglects to explain the absence of 'snow stakes' or to demonstrate the use of items provided with the product.

I am (was) a loyal supporter of North face luggage. As I believe them to be good quality. and they are NOT CHEAP<br> I travel a lot and my suitcase broke. Suitcase originally purchase at Duesouth, but now North Face has a store in CW. When I took it into Duesouth to see if they can repair it, the salesman said North Face has a shop in CW now see if they can help. As Duesouth has to courier it (for my expense) to North Face in Johannesburg.<br> The salesperson at the North face store was so unhelpful and just kept saying NO, he can't help me take it to Duesouth.<br> He was rude and a poor ambassador for your brand. He did not even attempt to assist. All my questions was answered by \take it to duesouth\"<br> Whether I buy a North face product in CPT, UK, or anywhere in the world I should be assisted in any North face store.<br> I am disappointed in the brand. I hope you get this sorted for me otherwise you have lost a customer. (not sure if it matters to you) "

I got a sweater blue brand The North Face,as gift for Xmas the sweater was too big. I went to Canal walk branch with no receipt as I did not have as it was a gift. When I went into the store o told the sales person I got this as a gift I do not want the money juts a different size or something to ten same value. He looked at me with such anger and said no , no receipt no exchange. I told him it was a Xmas gift he said tale it to another store and try there. I was so shocked he was passing business away. I never been so humiliated in all my life. I mean if can treat me like that how does he treat other customers. He did not even look at the item it was not even worn once as it's too big. I mean how can someone exchange something as a gift if it's small or big. Am I supposed to tell the person that gave it to me WAIT I NEED THE RECEIPT lol how pathetic. I always but The North Face products as I believe in terms brand and quality. After this I need to look it's still worth my business. I want this sorted out.
