Utterly disappointing - The North Face not what it used to be

Nothing less than insulting ... a) to have to write to North Face to find out the most basic information about what is included with the product (Mountain 25 tent) and ... b) to be dismissed in such a manner, by someone who couldn't even be bothered to ready my email properly. What has become of this company?

Product information on their website conflicts with what is provided in the user manual ... and their online video doesn't include anything but the obvious and neglects to explain the absence of 'snow stakes' or to demonstrate the use of items provided with the product.
