Misled & Angry Bride.

This business isn't even worth a star, infact the owner should be criminally prosecuted! Here's some daunting highlights to any potential customers: To date - I'm yet to receive my R2000 deposit for my rented gown back. Not even sure wether to call it a deposit or "hush money" for giving me the wrong dress. I even felt crazy at my fitting cause the seamstress insisted that the dress I initially fitted & the dress I fitted at my final fitting were exacly the same dress! Luckily I had a picture & 3 witnesses. They put pressure on you to pay the full amount, even threatened that I'd lose my deposit money, had I not payed "on time".😒 After full payment to rent the Gown, they went completely silent up until it was my turn to harass them to get a date for my first fitting which was 3 day's before my big day _ that was when I discovered that the dress was completely different & the seamstress was used as the "fall girl" for the mess they initially created. I ended up settling for the 2nd dress, it's not like I had any other option with my big day practically hour's away. The seamstress took measurements & I had to return the next day - 2 days before my wedding to collect the nightmare they call a dress. Upon collecting, the seamstress verbally stated that I'd recieve R2000 upon returning the dress. I'm yet to receive... They've stopped replying to messages & don't respond to firmiliar phone numbers. I now try calling from unfirmiliar numbers, Most times they don't answer & when they eventually do (which proves this business is still operating) , the lady promises to get back to me, which till this day remains to be seen. Such misleading businesses deserve jail time. Don't even look their way, it'll end in tears.
