I paid OnlineCompany to deliver my license on 5 May 2018. My license has been at the Centurion Licensing Office for three weeks. I have sent numerous emails to Online Company and they just keep on saying that they will collect it and deliver it to me.

I apologize for the inconvenience we caused, and the lack of service on our side.
It is not our intention to make anyone's live difficult. We in actual fact started this company to try and make the renewal of drivers licences a pleasant experience. We did fail you in this respect.
I will however investigate as to why this happened and make sure to get processes in place to make delivery better.
