Used the services last year July and everything worked great until the point where my card still has not been delivered. Can’t get hold of anyone, emails are not responded to and the company no longer exists

I have used the Online Company, paid a lot of money, got my appointment on the 4 Aug, i have been given the run around ever since. It is Nov and i have no license and no feedback. If you mail, you get short answers, if you us their whatsup line, they send you from pillar to post, their website has this sob story on of how it is not their issue. No refund, no service, no licence.

My husband applied for the renewal of his driver's license on the 8th June. I understand that there was a delay with strikes and what not. I see that the company has been closed down by the department of transport so the can not take on any new business.... but what about the customers whose money they have already taken? Do they not have a responsibility to help the customers whom have already paid for this service. We now do not know if my husband's card is still at the Bronkhorstspruit branch or had The Online Company collected it but omitted to deliver it. We have no idea where to start to figure out what is happening to my husband's driver's license.

We booked at the Langlaagte location yesterday and WOW what a pleasure!! Pity a more friendly official couldn't be booked but security was superb and so efficient nonetheless! We were done in about 45 minutes, the BEST part was not having to wait in the LOOOONG payment queue. Thanks for a wonderful system and will definitely refer others to the service..

Booked my drivers husbands license for 11 May 2018. To date did not receive our card. Phone every single day to no avail. Cannot understand how this company has picked up the contract for Online Drivers licence bookings. They have now conveniently put all their telephones on voicemail. Will contact the Mayor of Tshwane to investigate how this company has picked up this contract .

Booked to renew my licence and got the 28th of June as a date. went there and i was literally out in 20 minutes. i arrived with all documents as requested on line and on the emails they sent. 4 and ahalf weeks later, my licence was delivered to my delivery address as promised. the guys who deal with the delivery were so professional, and they let me know when they will arrive and i was able to move the time as i had a trip to Durban. i'm really impressed guys... its so shocking to have something go smoothly where government is concerned. i was expecting some hiccups but nothing. great job ya'll

I paid OnlineCompany to deliver my license on 5 May 2018. My license has been at the Centurion Licensing Office for three weeks. I have sent numerous emails to Online Company and they just keep on saying that they will collect it and deliver it to me.

Excellent system to avoid wasting valuable time. The online system is easy to navigate. I was clearly informed at every step. And I accepted delivery of my license after 4 weeks.
