I am very very upset with My Debt Hero. Never had a problem with their services or anything but when it comes to customer service with debit orders they are not a very helpful. They sent out an email on the 28th November asking that I confirm my December salary date which I did which is the 27th December. But today the 15th December they debited my account without my consent. When I contacted them they said but debit orders are tracked for the 15th December, but when I ask them to refund my account because I never authorised this debit order to be deducted they just say the same thing and are not willing to assist. This is so unacceptable as this debit order was deducted without my consent. I spoke to a Carmen and she kept sending the same email and saying that they tracked the debit order for the 15th December although I never authorised or consented to this debit order being taken and with this debit order being a debicheck I am unable to reverse it

I haven’t had any internet connection since the morning of the 18th of November, I phoned on the 18th and they said they will escalate the problem and the connection should be restored later that evening. On the 19th November I phoned again and someone very rudely after being on hold for almost 30 minutes said they have sent an email and then cut me off when I asked what the problem was, I phoned back again and 22 minutes later someone told me they were busy with maintenance and connectivity should be restored on the 23rd November. My WiFi connection has since never been restored. I phoned on the 24th November and someone told me they will escalate the problem as I should have connectivity but I haven’t . I phoned again on the 24th November and they said that they will escalate the problem. My monthly payments are always on time and I have been with vox for two years now. My email service is also with vox but this problem is quite frustrating as some days I do work from home, and I’ve had to make use of mobile data which has been quite expensive.
Used the services last year July and everything worked great until the point where my card still has not been delivered. Can’t get hold of anyone, emails are not responded to and the company no longer exists
