My husband applied for the renewal of his driver's license on the 8th June. I understand that there was a delay with strikes and what not. I see that the company has been closed down by the department of transport so the can not take on any new business.... but what about the customers whose money they have already taken? Do they not have a responsibility to help the customers whom have already paid for this service. We now do not know if my husband's card is still at the Bronkhorstspruit branch or had The Online Company collected it but omitted to deliver it. We have no idea where to start to figure out what is happening to my husband's driver's license.
