The online company - centurion licence dept - money making scam

I have used the Online Company, paid a lot of money, got my appointment on the 4 Aug, i have been given the run around ever since. It is Nov and i have no license and no feedback.

If you mail, you get short answers, if you us their whatsup line, they send you from pillar to post, their website has this sob story on of how it is not their issue.

No refund, no service, no licence.
