Open Window unacceptable!

My son studied at Open Window to graduate end 2023. While studying he decided in gis final year to split his final year in two because of the modules he selected. He completed his degree end 2024. Very exited to receive his degree now in May 2025 just to be informed he is not allowed to participate in the ceremony because he is part of the class of 2023 and not when he completed his degree last year. This is the most outrageous bull**** I have ever heard. After taking out a student loan of over R400000,00 this is the reward you get. So dissapointed!!!!!
