Open Window unacceptable!
My son studied at Open Window to graduate end 2023. While studying he decided in gis final year to split his final year in two because of the modules he selected. He completed his degree end 2024. Very exited to receive his degree now in May 2025 just to be informed he is not allowed to participate in the ceremony because he is part of the class of 2023 and not when he completed his degree last year. This is the most outrageous bull**** I have ever heard. After taking out a student loan of over R400000,00 this is the reward you get. So dissapointed!!!!!

Bad online order delivery issues
Don't ever buy online. You won't get your order delivered on the date as stated when ordering. Lot's of excuses and only 'escalating' your enquiry. It's ridiculous.

Worst customer service for student loan top up application
The worst possible service ever. Student loan application expiring because the person helping you for 4 hours at the branch never loaded the documents. And this is for a top up, not even a new loan. Have to do the application over. Now no feedback and this person never at work and nobody can get hold of him. Not to mention nobody at the branch that can help.
