Amie Dawn Rossouw is unreliable and a *****
Beware of The Outbound Visa SA, especially Amie Dawn Rossouw, who is unreliable, a *****, and a ****. She promised to help with my American visa, took my cash payment on 30th Sep 2020, and then played games, giving no updates for years. When I tried contacting her from a different number, she showed no ethics or morals, even resorting to swearing at me unjustly. It's clear that the so-called 5-star reviews are from her allies. I reported her to the police, but no action was taken. Do not trust her services and warn everyone about this dishonest and unprofessional behavior.

Beware of The Outbound Visa SA, especially Amie Dawn Rossouw, who is unreliable, a *****, and a ****. She promised to help with my American visa, took my cash payment on 30th Sep 2020, and then played games, giving no updates for years. The worst service !! If i could rate this negative stars i would , PLS DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AND PLS DON'T BELIEVE THE HIGH RATED REVIEWS THEY ARE FAKE!!! Amie is a LIAR AND A SCAMMER!, i paid her R4000 on the 30th September 2020 , promised me to get my visa but received nothing, she hasn't replied to many months regarding my visa appointment , it was never arranged.I made a mistake in dealing with her, Please warn the others , she must never operate again. I REPEAT DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Scam Scam Scam
I have been waiting 8 months for my refunds. They keep on promising a payment plan but now they are just ignoring me. Worked with Amie Rossouw from December 2020 and this last 9 months have been very disappointing to say the least. We paid R12 900.00 in December 2020 and then another R5 000.00 in January 2021 to get our Visa’s expedited. Still haven’t received any refunds.

I have been waiting 8 months for my refunds. They keep on promising a payment plan but now they are just ignoring me. Amie Dawn Rossouw - The Outbound Visa Company
I was referred to Amie Dawn Rossouw in early September to help me apply for my Canadian Visitors Visa. She told me that it would take 21-40 days for it to be issued but she can get it expedited quicker for an additional R3600, I paid it cause I needed to fly out on 07/10. Fast forward a couple of weeks I still have no Visa, last week she told me that the turn around time can be 93 days now, this after I paid additional money for it to be expedited faster. She rarely gets back to a person and has so many lame excuses. I will be putting in a formal complaint to whichever board visa agents belong to as her work ethic is pathetic, I am starting to get the feeling she just tells people what they want to hear to collect the money and that is where it ends.
