Amie Dawn Rossouw - The Outbound Visa Company

I was referred to Amie Dawn Rossouw in early September to help me apply for my Canadian Visitors Visa. She told me that it would take 21-40 days for it to be issued but she can get it expedited quicker for an additional R3600, I paid it cause I needed to fly out on 07/10.

Fast forward a couple of weeks I still have no Visa, last week she told me that the turn around time can be 93 days now, this after I paid additional money for it to be expedited faster.

She rarely gets back to a person and has so many lame excuses.

I will be putting in a formal complaint to whichever board visa agents belong to as her work ethic is pathetic, I am starting to get the feeling she just tells people what they want to hear to collect the money and that is where it ends.
