Be very cautious

Please be cautious using this web site. Something doesn't seem legit. I ordered a product on the 6th of August and have had problems ever since. First I didn't receive a tracking number, but got a email that they are still waiting for payment despite that I already EFT the money. I send them a message via the website and received a response to send through the proof of payment and sign a form, and that I will receive the tracker number shortly. I'm still waiting.

I send another email after about a week, the response was they waiting for there supplier. I requested a refund and send them my banking details as the requested. I'm still waiting.

Now they aren't even replying to the emails. So something seems wrong. Can't even get hold of the person called Ardy as shown on the emails.
