PLEASE BECAREFUL WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

In 2022 , we places an order with The paramedic shop .They sent us an invoice ,demanded 100% payment upfront ,we made payment .After an hour their sales consultant gets back to say to say that we paid into the wrong account and that their email had been hacked ,someone was sending invoices with a different account number to their client.Immediately, they informed me that their boss had hired a 'investigator' to investigate the matter ,the very same day . Despite constantly calling their team to find out what happened ,their sales people ,including their boss was extremely rude towards us and redirected us to the 'investigator ', they showed no remorse or interest in assisting us in finding out how their company email address got ****med ,that someone else is sending invoices with a different account number to their clients. No body was giving us feedback ,until we kept insisting . Eventually after getting a hold of the 'investigator' they hired , he ended up telling us that it would be too expensive to investigate and we should claim the money back from our bank . This business we suspect with their staff had been in on this **** .We reported it to the police ,unfortunately the police could not do much as it was an online ****.

Warning to all ,becareful when ordering from this company .
