Stay away, The Parks agents will oversell you lies.

I am glad I read reviews about this place before paying the deposit and signing the lease. The agent by the name of Thato for the viewing showed me the show apartment which looks nice then sent me the lease to sign and the banking details to make the payment but I insisted on seeing the apartment I was going to move into first and he kept making excuses about it being cleaned or not having the keys but kept pressurizing me to sign the lease and make the payment which I never did thanks to the reviews shared by other people. when I got to eventually see the apartment it had broken cupboards literally hanging off the hinges and a broken bathroom sink that was literally off the wall and placed on the kitchen counter which the Thato (Agent) failed to mention. When people say stay away!! please do.
