Despite my efforts to ensure the correct size, I've experienced fit problems—unfortunately, the size charts vary. Moreover, there's a strict no-return policy once the order is placed or received. Since all transactions are conducted online, it's challenging to reach customer service. Even if you manage to contact them, assistance may be limited as they emphasize no returns. This is my second time encountering sizing issues, so I won't be ordering again.
