Worst hair retail ever!!

I purchased hair online in May and they have not delivered on their promise till to date. They kept promising to send a tracking number and made me an idiot.

I then asked for a refund in September and they said it will take 21 days, it has been 27 days and I have not received any communication or money.

When I write comments and concerns on Facebook they hide the comments.
