I ordered a DEFY 8KG Washing Machine from HIFI CORP on the 10th December 2025, and to my surprise, they sent me an email saying they will deliver it on the 12th December, so I asked to work from home on that day, so I could 1. Get the necessary plumbing work done, and 2. Received the order. Not only did they not deliver the washing Machine, but they didn't even bother to call or make any form of communication with me. On the 22nd December 2025, I called and spoke to Tsepo, who made promises to escalate this matter further, then there was silence, no communication and no washing machine! I called them AGAIN on the 5th January 2026 (because now this has become my problem and not theirs, since they have my money) and spoke to Vusi, who basically said the same thing Tsepo said. On the 7th, I got a call from a PMB number (033 846 3958) from an unprofessional lady who shouted, "Did you get your order?" to which I screamed back NO! Then she proceeded to hang up! Yesterday I received an email saying: "Please confirm if you have received your order". PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF the frustration, time and money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, I REPEAT! DON'T DO IT. They are unorganised, unprofessional, and it was my first and last time buying from them!
IF you happen to read this DO NOT BUY FROM BRADLOWS!!! Please spare yourself the frustration and money. My mom and I bought 4PCE Longe suite Gomma brown for R22 000 and R600 for delivery, we paid everything in full. When it was time for them to deliver it was stories from the Local branch and further stories from the Head office. We logged a complaint on the 28 November (Complaint number was provided) but till date no one has called to give us an update on what is going on!! Every-time we call "the matter has been escalated" yet we haven't received the sofa's nor have we received our money back!!! No one is willing to give answers or to commit to when this matter will be resolved. I am beyond exhausted, frustrated and even annoyed, how do you pay for something and not get the item then to top it all off they sprinkle bad service on top of it all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I REPEAT.
I have been trying to claim back my credit from Vodacom since 7 July 2021. This was after I cancelled my router with them but they continued to bill me for two months and I paid. Later on, when I looked into the matter I realised that Vodacom was charging me after I cancelled. It has been 4 months and they have not paid me back, if there is anyone considering utilizing the services of VODACOM please spare yourself the frustration and your money.
In August we purchased our vehicle from Exclusive Auto's and we were assisted by a lady named Adele. She was extremely professional and helpful in this process, right from the beginning till they delivered our car. I would strongly recommend their organisation to anyone who is wanting to buy a car, there were times where I would call and Whatsapp her during the weekends and she would respond speedily which made this whole process easier for us. Her after-sales skills are amazing as we have developed a friendly relationship where I can still call and enquire about certain things. I am extremely grateful and hope this review will help anyone who is in the process of buying a new car, you won't regret getting in touch with her.
Worst hair retail ever!! I purchased hair online in May and they have not delivered on their promise till to date. They kept promising to send a tracking number and made me an idiot. I then asked for a refund in September and they said it will take 21 days, it has been 27 days and I have not received any communication or money. When I write comments and concerns on Facebook they hide the comments. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM,
