Absolutely an amazing experience. Easy to order, received my order within the times stated on the website. Items are exactly the size indicated on the website and as one would expect for the price. Thanks for accommodating all my questions

Terrible Customer Service and Attitude
<div>I tried to order an item on their special on Sunday (the last day of the promotion). For some reason every time I tried to check out, an error message would pop up and it wouldn't go through. The following day, the product had increased from R2610 to R2900. I contacted the company via their WhatsApp line the following day explaining the situation, and sending pictures/screenshots showing proof that I had tried to purchase the item during the promo the day prior - it even showed the date and time that I tried to make the purchase. The person was so aggressively rude, insinuating that I was lying about an error. Basically telling me in their own words tough luck, the promo ended a day ago. The way they talk to their customers is appalling. I have gone ahead and decided to get the item from another supplier who was more expensive just because of the disgusting attitude. And it is a shame too, because we own kids party businesses and kids play cafes - so we were testing out a small item first to see service/quality. We were about to make a huge order that would have been valued over around R150000+ for the amount of stock that we need.</div>

Best and friendly service! My order was done and received very quickly despite loadshedding challenges. The equipment is rugged and safe. Would definitely recommend purchasing from the Play Pit.

Do not buy from The Play Pit (www.theplaypit.co.za)
Please do not buy at this company! I paid on 13 Dec and was promised delivery before Christmas. Followed up numerous times and was told only in Jan. They finally delivered on 20 Feb, almost 2 and a half months later. On delivery products was severely damaged and also numerous items missing from the delivery. Sent numerous photos to them showing damage and requesting a refund. Also the quality is bad! Was told by ThePlayPit even before they received the goods back to inspect (have proof) that: "As seen on the photos, only the wrapping are damaged" ; and "collected dust from the van"; and "we can not refund the courier cost" "we cannot refund, only replace"
