Worst experience ever.

Their website clearly states that they offer a free call-out fee. However, after sending a technician who spent more than two hours trying to diagnose the issue, I was told that the entire set of pipes needed to be replaced.

The quoted price was R9,600, which is extremely unreasonable. I can get the exact same job done by another qualified professional for around R3,000.

When I declined the service, they suddenly tried to charge me R2,650 as a call-out fee — despite advertising that the call-out is free. This is completely misleading.

To make matters worse, they initially refused to leave my property when I said no. I had to threaten to call the police. In the end, I paid R600 just to get them out of my house.

This behavior is unacceptable and feels dishonest. Be very careful before dealing with this company.
