Their website clearly states that they offer a free call-out fee. However, after sending a technician who spent more than two hours trying to diagnose the issue, I was told that the entire set of pipes needed to be replaced. The quoted price was R9,600, which is extremely unreasonable. I can get the exact same job done by another qualified professional for around R3,000. When I declined the service, they suddenly tried to charge me R2,650 as a call-out fee — despite advertising that the call-out is free. This is completely misleading. To make matters worse, they initially refused to leave my property when I said no. I had to threaten to call the police. In the end, I paid R600 just to get them out of my house. This behavior is unacceptable and feels dishonest. Be very careful before dealing with this company.
Very poor and unprofessional service. My package from SHEIN was delivered opened and tampered with, and over 18 boxes of perfume were missing. The sender confirmed that the order was shipped complete, which means the theft happened while the parcel was under this courier’s control. Since then, I have been trying to resolve the issue, but their responses have been unprofessional, evasive, and repetitive. Instead of investigating the theft, they keep asking the same questions and avoiding responsibility. This experience shows a serious lack of accountability and security. I strongly believe this company should not be trusted with high-value shipments and should lose its contract with SHEIN. I would advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this courier.

After three machines were damaged due to high voltage, my claims were rejected. Only then did the insurer rely on exclusions that were never clearly disclosed at the time of sale. The explanations provided were inconsistent and appeared designed to avoid payment. The claims process involved delays, excuses, and shifting justifications, with no accountability. This experience raises serious concerns about misrepresentation and good-faith claims handling. I strongly warn consumers: do not be misled by cheap prices. Ensure all coverage and exclusions are confirmed in writing before committing.
