Lost clothing iron

Hi I don't know if you can assist me, on the 18th of December I checked in President hotel and checked out on the 20th of December. When I was about to check out on Sunday I notice that my clothing iron is not there because I brought my own iron and I ask them they said they gonna check on the cameras they gonna deliver it until now. When I call them they keep on transferring me to security or to switchboard and say they will call me back and they never call.
