Birthday weekend review
I had an amazing stay at the President Hotel! The location is fantastic, offering stunning views, and the staff members are incredibly helpful and friendly. Although I encountered an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, Sphokazi and her team promptly moved us to a beautiful room with a breathtaking sea view. Alexa was exceptionally helpful, ensuring we were comfortable and that I enjoyed my birthday. Thank you for making my birthday memorable! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. A special thanks to the breakfast team, especially Thembela, who made sure everything was perfect during breakfast. I also appreciated the thoughtful birthday card and gift. One area for improvement is the availability of an iron and ironing board, as we had to wait an hour to receive them from housekeeping. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I will definitely be coming back soon!

PATHETIC SERVICE!
The worst hotel service EVER!! The first night I checked in at 10pm I ordered food via their room service at 11pm I only received my food at 2am after phoning and shouting! The second day I ordered food they only brought one plate of food out of three plates again I had to phone and shout. I have never experienced such pathetic service in my life! I will never ever recommend anyone to book at this hotel !

PATHETIC SERVICE!
The worst hotel service EVER!! The first night I checked in at 10pm I ordered food via their room service at 11pm I only received my food at 2am after phoning and shouting! The second day I ordered food they only brought one plate of food out of three plates again I had to phone and shout. I have never experienced such pathetic service in my life! I will never ever recommend anyone to book at this hotel !

BAD SERVICE!!!! LIE ABOUT BOOKING SEA VIEW AND BALCONY Cape Town President Hotel
Good day, Made booking 1st of March specifically asked for room with sea view and balcony view and paid for it, Got there 21st of March 2021, and confirmed with reception they made my family and I walk all the way up to NO ROOM with BALCONY and SEA VIEW. Very bad service the manager just said its full I said we paid and asked for ROOM WITH SEA VIEW and BALCONY VIEW. then left unhappy..had to still wait to REFUND MONEY. LIE to the clients UNHAPPY BAD SERVICE do not Recommend this hotel to anyone

Lost clothing iron
Hi I don't know if you can assist me, on the 18th of December I checked in President hotel and checked out on the 20th of December. When I was about to check out on Sunday I notice that my clothing iron is not there because I brought my own iron and I ask them they said they gonna check on the cameras they gonna deliver it until now. When I call them they keep on transferring me to security or to switchboard and say they will call me back and they never call.
