Good day, Made booking 1st of March specifically asked for room with sea view and balcony view and paid for it, Got there 21st of March 2021, and confirmed with reception they made my family and I walk all the way up to NO ROOM with BALCONY and SEA VIEW. Very bad service the manager just said its full I said we paid and asked for ROOM WITH SEA VIEW and BALCONY VIEW. then left unhappy..had to still wait to REFUND MONEY. LIE to the clients UNHAPPY BAD SERVICE do not Recommend this hotel to anyone
Good day I have emailed and spoke to the manger of Defy Cape Town George...he did not contact me since November 2017. DEFY 2016 MODEL double door Fridge the freezer working not the Fridge. DEFY DON'T CARE said to come check it out plumber said Fridge can't be fixed no help FRO M defy and call centre phone keeps on ringing very bad service from the manager as well not to get back to me and I emailed him receipt as well broken fridge now for so long just over 2 years old still new no help
Car accident claim took a month. He does not return my calls and I must speak to other consultants and wait more than 10minutes on the phone calling from my cell phone they do not care. He does not phone me back or reply to my emails. My claim took more than a month and they panel beating company has not started yet on my car. Not willing to extend my car rental till my car is fixed as I have no other car. This is a very difficult claim process used alot of airtime and not getting through to him as he does not contact me back or try to extend my rental till my car is fixed as the delay is his side not contacting the panel beaters I must always phone them to keep updated. Bad service would want to go through this again.
