BAD SERVICE!!!! LIE ABOUT BOOKING SEA VIEW AND BALCONY Cape Town President Hotel
Good day, Made booking 1st of March specifically asked for room with sea view and balcony view and paid for it, Got there 21st of March 2021, and confirmed with reception they made my family and I walk all the way up to NO ROOM with BALCONY and SEA VIEW. Very bad service the manager just said its full I said we paid and asked for ROOM WITH SEA VIEW and BALCONY VIEW. then left unhappy..had to still wait to REFUND MONEY. LIE to the clients UNHAPPY BAD SERVICE do not Recommend this hotel to anyone

I must correct you in that you were never promised a balcony. I have all the correspondence here and am happy to share this with you.
The Hotel has a limited number of rooms with balconies and therefore we do not make promises or guarantee this type of room as you make mention.
As for the manager I have viewed our CCTV footage and listed to the audio and she was most polite.
I am sorry that you feel the way you do and please be advised that the refund was actioned on the day you are referring to.
Regrettably the banks normally have a delay which is beyond our control.

No apology and promised when checking in walking up to 6th floor with special needs child thats why u request it.. U lied to NO APOLOGY. enough to make any client MAD and unhappy. Do not reply staff and manager PAthetic speak to our lawyers. Its not about the money. YOU DONT LIE TO CLIENTS FOR ROOM BOOKED and PAID for a month ago. I got it all on email
