do not trust this company
I had my design that I wanted to print out as I have registered it with FDI, as I wanted to print I requested for a quote at this company on their live chat , had a conversation with Rudi and he provided me with his whats app contact details and sent him the design ever since I sent him on whats app he blocked my number , tried to call their line puts me through to voicemail, sent them an email there was no response, do not trust this company its a non-existing business and inefficient to do transaction with them..

The Print Guy is a fraud - do not use them
BE WARNED, THEY ARE THIEVES! I placed an order on the 5th of October 2017, I paid R350 for a custom t-shirt. Until today I haven't received any feedback or response from them. I needed the t-shirt by Saturday the 21st. This is unacceptable!!

The Print Guy is a fraud - do not use them
BE WARNED, THEY ARE THIEVES! I placed an order on the 5th of October 2017, I paid R350 for a custom t-shirt. Until today I haven't received any feedback or response from them. I needed the t-shirt by Saturday the 21st. This is unacceptable!!

Rudi van der Merwe is FRAUDULENT. DO NOT USE THIS FAKE SERVICE!
I placed an ordered 2 weeks ago and communicated with this "Rudi" character until I made the payment. He basically disappeared and suddenly forgot he was running a business. This was not a genuine business transaction and I should have picked it up from the beginning. I suggest online shoppers be vigilant and assume that everyone is a thief until proven otherwise. I intend on reporting this case to the authorities. Well played Rudi.

A scam was done where the person(s) used my details and my name falsely and caused a series of unlawful events that I was not connected to. Every effort will be taken to rectify these problems but due to the extent of this issue and the high amounts due for refunds there will be a slight delay in getting refunded. The more my team and I research this matter the more faults we find. Rudi van der Merwe unknowingly falsely affiliated!
I previously had ordered t-shirts to be printed by a person whom I had thought was affiliated with The Print Guy. I effected payment as agreed only to be disappointed on a daily basis with no delivery and no refund. However, Rudi van der Merwe whom is in actual fact the owner - and not Malvern Muyambo - contacted me and immediately offered his apologies and willingness to assist. Needless to say his assistance and response was immaculate and the dispute has been resolved. Please be aware that if you are not dealing with Rudi then rather ensure you do. Guaranteed you can trust The Print Guy once you deal with Rudi van der Merwe. At all times I was aware of progress and I will definitely be ordering prints going forward. If you were affected by some sort of fraudulent scam by The Print Guy recently please get into contact and I can ensure you your mind will be put at ease!

Scamming
I ordered shirts and hoodies from their whatsapp contact they had on their website which the guy took my payment and kept delaying me on when i would get my stock until eventually getting hold of the CEO Rudi van der merwe, who promised i would later get my stock and told me the guy who ran the whatsapp department fled with my money and 17 other guys. Suddenly after promising to deliver on Friday, he then ignores my mails and to think i have been running after these guys for a month now they scam people that they will print but nothing happens. No product delivered
<p>I ordered and paid for 4 tshirts to be printed and delivered a home address. Malvern muyambo assured me he will deliver them to the address before closing time the same day, then changed to the morning of the event the tshirts were for. He still did not deliver to the address and I was about to miss my event as he kept assuring me he is on his way to deliver. He promised to make it up my offering free tshirts and yet he did not deliver any. He is a crook please avoid him and save yourselves headache.</p>
