FNB - #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS??
Seems there are NUMEROUS other people experiencing the same problem and I demand immediate clarification regarding numerous deductions on my account ranging from R765.00 to of R1 830.00 from my account, under the reference "#ITEM PAID NO FUNDS". This is despite me logging a call and being told that it will be dealt with. Then FNB proceeds to reverse the one deduction of R245.00 but fails to deal with the rest? This has placed my account in a negative balance and I am unable to make or receive any payments from my savings account! I have debit orders that have failed because of this!! Upon reviewing my recent transactions, I noticed that these deductions were made despite the funds being available in my account at the time the purchases were made. I distinctly recall that the purchases were debited from my available balance without any issues and I have proof of this. I am perplexed as to why it now indicates that the funds were not available. I do NOT have an overdraft account linked to my cheque account and if I did not have the funds to make a purchase then it would have declined?? I request a refund for ALL the deducted amounts failing which I will have no other alternative but to approach further appropriate, and legal, forums.

Rudi van der Merwe unknowingly falsely affiliated!
I previously had ordered t-shirts to be printed by a person whom I had thought was affiliated with The Print Guy. I effected payment as agreed only to be disappointed on a daily basis with no delivery and no refund. However, Rudi van der Merwe whom is in actual fact the owner - and not Malvern Muyambo - contacted me and immediately offered his apologies and willingness to assist. Needless to say his assistance and response was immaculate and the dispute has been resolved. Please be aware that if you are not dealing with Rudi then rather ensure you do. Guaranteed you can trust The Print Guy once you deal with Rudi van der Merwe. At all times I was aware of progress and I will definitely be ordering prints going forward. If you were affected by some sort of fraudulent scam by The Print Guy recently please get into contact and I can ensure you your mind will be put at ease!
