Thank you for excellent service! Rina at The Print Room in Durban was able to assist at very short notice - helping me to make a personalised monthly photo calender which looks professional and will definitely be appreciated. They offer a range of services and products and the print work is highly recommended.

we recently opened a new restaurant in gail street and we asked the printroom company in umbilo to help us with our signage and the menus,for the past 3 weeks we have been waiting for the feedback and we didn't not get any response we did pay them in full but we never got anything back. We ended up getting hold of the owner Colin and Trivesen but they were also rude and they didn't submit our signs in time and when we tried to speak to Colin the owner he was also so rude and arrogant and he said he has been calling our company but no one answered of which when we asked him to tell us which number he was phoning, he didn't have the number and when he came today the signage was not right and we had a meeting with him from 8 to 9 but when we got there he was so rude and arrogant and the signage we had told them to fix was not in order at all. Their company service is very bad all the time when we call them we wait for more than 10 minutes before someone comes to help you and still nothing get sorted out at all. and we thought including the owners would make thing better but even the owner Colin is even more rude and had a bad attitude and we did pay a full amount aswell

Roowe recently opened new premises in umbilo and we hired printroom in gail street umbilo to do our signage for the shop and we did pay them in full but it took us 3weeks for the feedback to come back to us and our shop was already open and they had told us that it was going to take a few days to be sorted out,Colin who is the owner of the place had a bad bad attitude when we tried to do a follow up on what was going on,he claimed he has been calling us to schedule for a meeting to come sort the signs out at the office but he never phoned at all because when we asked him which number he phoned, he said he couldn't find the number,and after 3 weeks of trying to make them come to put the signage they came with the wrong staff which was not even nice at all and when we explained to them how we wanted it to be done again they were so rude and had a bad attitude on top of delaying with the signs and waiting for us to do a follow up on them. Only when Colin the owner came today to the shop and the meeting was from 8 to 9 he waited for 5 minutes and when we got there he had a bad attitude,so rude and was very arrogant,this is the first and the last time especially after paying a full amoun
