Very poor service

I have been to the store this morning just for a few copies and I was assisted by a young gentleman who was polite. Whilst there I noticed The Print Shop does a lot of commercial printing but I had noticed a quarrel that languages amongst some other people working behind the counter and then a short lady had been screaming and shouting at the other staff with languages very disturbing.its very unprofessional as much as I am a resident of durban north and want to give you guys support by a female myself I would never speak to someone like that.
