Poor service at The pro shop

Been to the Woodmeat 2 time already the forst time myself and my family spend almost 30 minutes in the store and not even ones were we asked if someone can help us the second time I went down to look at the pre owned clubs apparently if you browse there you are cheap and no one helps you aswell. I even asked for assistance and the gentleman just said he will come back he is just busy with a big order well needless to say 15 minutes later i left
