What a terrible experience of trying to get a refund from the quarter apartments -in Cape Town . I made a reservation on Sunday evening and cancelled the reservation on Monday morning, within 24 hours as my travel dates had changed. The money was deducted from my account in Monday morning . I was entitled to a full refund. I communicated about the cancellation and wanted to find out when I would get my refund. It was said to me I would get my refund within 7-10 working days. I waited and waited ! No communication nothing. After 10 days I followed up and it was story after story. I was told the refund was staged and I must provide them with my account numbers and cvv . I refused to provide my cvv as I found it strange. I provided them the account number details. It’s week 4 and I still have not received my refund of R3.4k . When I call I get no assistance . I’m so inconvenienced by their poor customer service. I fail to understand why I have to beg and plead to receive my money back. It’s appalling ! I’m such a dissatisfied customer. I will never book that accommodation ever again.
