I placed an order with Racers Edge and shortly after, I contacted them to cancel and request a refund before I even collected the items. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund and only offered a store credit.
Their attitude was unhelpful and dismissive — I was even told to try reselling the product myself, even though I never took possession of it. How is that fair or professional?
Customer service was absolutely poor, and I felt like I was being pushed around instead of helped. It’s unacceptable to treat paying customers like this, especially when the product was never collected.
