Failed to deliver order as promised

On the second of February 2018 as placed an order with Real Pet Co via their website with the promise of delivery within 2 - 3 working days. After non-compliance I have sent several emails from my email account as well as via the website with no answer.

I finally got an answer on the 6 of February 2018 with a promise of delivery no later than Friday the 9th of February, which did not happen. I am no back to square one with numerous email going unanswered.

I will definitely not ever make use of their service again!
