Poor service

If 0 was presented as a rating I would have chosen it. I had a booking there today @10h30 and were on time. Not enough menus were given to us and despite asking had to fetch our own. Drinks order taken but 15 minutes the waiter came back as he did not take the full order. Ordered food as soon as the drinks came as we realised they were busy but waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food. Asked to order Hamburgers but were told thwy will only be available at 11h00 as only breakfasts were available. Then proceeded to order breakfasts. People came and went around us and when we asked where out food were we were told 5 minutes more. That never came. People that arrived at 10h50 ordered hamburgers and got their food 10 minutes later. By then we still did not have our breakfasts. Poor waitering service, no management available. Do not waste your time as fiod is also below par.
