Bad centre management

What a **** shopping centre. the traffic flow is poorly set out. All the handicap and mothers with children parking are taken by none parents and people with no disabilities. Its appalling to see the potential of this centre get flushed down the toilet due to lack of decent management. I freguent there often with an 8 month old baby and when i need the parking some ****hole with no kids is parked in the reserved parking.
