Rotten pies
I have been buying frozen pies from the store in Alberton penzance street for several years. Today was no different, I bought a box of 8 prime steak for the family. We prepped and baked them as usual. Totally disgusting, they are all off. Every single one of the eight had a disgusting sour aftertaste and a horrible almost flour like texture to everything. Needless to say we threw all eight away and will not purchase from country pie again.

Faulty pump Calibration
Stopped at Shell to fill up, my car tank is 45L. When i stopped the car was just under the quarter mark. They filled up with a total of just over 50L so if the car had worse case 5L in how is it possible that you can over fill the car with an extra 10 - 15L I am sure there pumps calibration is out. Will never stop at a shell again

We ordered a BounceWave Trampoline 4.5ft-Jeronimo from Takealot.com supp**** by Mulid Beans. On receiving the item we had to return it due to flaws in manufacturing Pipes where torn at the joint) received a replacement after my daughters birthday. Set it up and everything looked good. A month down the line and the zipper broke. a few months after that the material began to tear. after a few more months i noticed that all the welded joint etc began to rust. It has now broken due to the rust and collapsed, totally useless. Takealot does not provide decent quality. none of the items purchased from Takealot have lasted a year

Bad cleaning
Lemon tree Auto Image This carwash used to be good, for the last three months I have said nothing but every time they wash our cars, its appalling how much dirt and marks they leave behind. Today I watched how they had to get staff to fix dirty marks on our two cars and at least 3 more vehicles. I will find another car wash, I don't have time to walk around and show them how to clean, its there business not mine

Bad attitude and **** service
Just Stopped 10:17 at the shell on new road midland. Petrol attendant skips me to assist a vehicle that stopped after me. I looked at him and said I was next. His reply is I am ******. Really Shell can stick it and I will be pointing this out to everyone I know

Club card sucks
Clicks club cards are useless, you purchase and swipe at the clicks partners like engen and never get point. Even swiping in the store. Sometimes you lucky the rest of the time you just get nothing. Only cars that works effectively is Dischem and I refuse to purchase from them.

Absolutely useless
Had to do a sim swap. Recieved the new sim on Wednesday. After many calls and emails the new sim is still not activated. This has to be the most useless service provider ever

Helpful and friendly
Very friendly and helpful staff, Thanks to Marco who was friendly and super helpful. I would suggest paying them a visit if you need a car. Avoid BMW Joburg city, truly un friendly and have no idea how to help, they will rather throw the POPI act at you than assist with a simple enquiry too get a M&M code, Learn your acts, POPI is to protect private information, since when is a M&M code personal information. if you don't want to assist just say so or hang up don't make stupid excuses

Worst delivery service
Placed an order for an item on Monday the 25th of July, was advised delivery would be during the course 29th of July takealot was unable to advise at what time. I had to rearrange my whole day to be available for the parcel it appears I will now have rearrange my day tomorrow and lose even more business because the driver stopped at the complex and because there is no buzzer decided to leave without as much as a call or even a sms, at least when a legitimate courier service will try and attempt to contact person before just leaving

Club card points never received
What is the point of swiping at Engine service stations if uou never recieve.thw points for it. I have been shipping atheist twice a week for over 6 months and still no points.
