Complaints not attended by management during our stay.

This is by far the worst holiday apartment we've stayed at and this was a "luxury" apartment.

After our first night we informed management about how highly dissatisfied we were with our stay due to the following: 1. Our neighbours in the room that was on the side of the bedrooms made noise the entire night and they only started being quiet around 06am for 2 nights. 2. The quality of the couch in the room was really bad, it goes down when sitting, it's very uncomfortable and makes it difficult to stand up. 3. The beds made noise and they were very uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep well due to the condition of the beds and the noisy neighbour. 4. The toilet door in the main bedroom made so much noise especially when we needed to use the toilet during the night. 5. We also saw some ****roches in the small bedroom. 6. There is no Dstv and the TV is not a smart TV.

We chose the "luxury" apartment to avoid disappointments, but we were very dissatisfied with the issues stated above.

No action was taken by management to resolve any of these issues. I wouldn't recommend The Residences to anyone!
