Highly Skilled Service with Humility
When my aged Dyson vacuum cleaner stopped working I had visions of a high-cost repair, or the purchase of a new unit. What a remarkable customer experience! Callum, the RoboVac/Dyson Guy, went out of his way to source parts for my 15+year Dyson and had it fixed within 24 hours. In an age of ***** dealers and charlatans, he was frank and practical about the work without adding more frills and costs. My engagement with this humble and honest young man was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend him.
