Poor online service and also polokwane store poor service
I have been trying to buy two philips irons on flash sale, i failed do many times, can I be assisted to buy online the irons I need. I want this ModelGC3920/20.

Damaged item
I had an horrible experience . I purchased a watch that looked like it had been used . The protective plastic was ripped off so was the tag . The support team was not helpful at all . Would never purchase from them or recommend that anybody does

If you want to know how NOT to run a business
Ordered from them and they delivered the wrong goods. E-mailed with no response Phoned them and they simply speak over a person , do not listen and then put the phone down . Dealt with a "Jameel" who should not be in business. Shame on you Jameel and "thesaleonline" Based in Fordsburg , JHB & have a dubious online presence in advertising goods they do not have and then ship something inferior . Do not reply to e-mails either and do not have a facebook page which speaks volumes BEWARE
