The San hair

I bought a wig at Westgate I'm so not happy about the wig, I took it back to the store its a month now thinking I would get a call to say it's fixed so I can get ithe wig but was told it's my problem I need to keep on checking they don't do calls. So the wig is worse and the ladies told me they only selling the Wigs its not their problem if I'm not happy so who can help me coz gosh I'm so angry 1
