Spare yourself the frustration.
I have order from this company twice already. They have an office in South Africa and "apparently" in the USA. After placing my order, I have heard NOTHING from them. Trying to call them is a futile exercise and the number on their website just echoes "The number does not exist". Contacting their USA whatsapp number is another pathetic attempt to reach someone. They answer their whatsapp once in 3 days and when asked about the order, they don't give you proper answers, and if you keep on asking for information they plainly and simply just ignores your messages. As of now, I haven't heard anything from them in 2 days, except now for an email. When initially asked about my order, they said they did not receive any orders, but 5 days after placing the order I get a mail showing my order has been cancelled!! How do they not get my order, but they cancel it a few days after? This is one of the WORST companies that I have ever dealt with, and I would definitely NOT recommend ANYONE to deal with them EVER.
