Pathetic service! Stay away.
Rain is very quick to take your money while delivering pathetic service. When you call support service and they can't help you further they pretend to be unable to hear you and cuts your call. They don't even have the decency or professionalism to return the call and they have no excuse to as they have all the contact details. Except for this, they use indian suppport staff that are very difficult to understand due to their accent. Please stay away from RAIN..... their service are PATHETIC to say the least.

Seems like Shopify sold my details to nigerians
Shopify is a great platform to work with, but I connected my domain to them and the next moment I received like 50 spam emails from so called "shopify experts" that wants to work with me. I checked some of their facebook pages and it was nigerians so someone sold my details to these ****mers and I am highly disgusted by this, and since they mention they are shopify experts, this can only be from shopify in my opinion. I did a google search regarding this and noticed that other people had the same problem, so this is not an isolated matter.

Hostinger selling my contact details!
Hostinger is usually quite good, their service is awesome, but I just bought a new domain from them and suddenly I am receiving spam emails from people asking if they can design my website. This means that Hostinger are SELLING my contact details as I am being contacted on my registration email which is not out there on the web! DO NOT buy a domain from Hostinger.

4PX WORST COURIER EVER!!!
I have paid for express delivery for a package that was supposed to take 7-9 days, we are on day 20 already and my package are NOT moving and NO COMMUNICATION from them. NEVER EVER use 4PX, they are way PAST USELESS!!!!!

Spare yourself the frustration.
I have order from this company twice already. They have an office in South Africa and "apparently" in the USA. After placing my order, I have heard NOTHING from them. Trying to call them is a futile exercise and the number on their website just echoes "The number does not exist". Contacting their USA whatsapp number is another pathetic attempt to reach someone. They answer their whatsapp once in 3 days and when asked about the order, they don't give you proper answers, and if you keep on asking for information they plainly and simply just ignores your messages. As of now, I haven't heard anything from them in 2 days, except now for an email. When initially asked about my order, they said they did not receive any orders, but 5 days after placing the order I get a mail showing my order has been cancelled!! How do they not get my order, but they cancel it a few days after? This is one of the WORST companies that I have ever dealt with, and I would definitely NOT recommend ANYONE to deal with them EVER.

Never buy from Aliexpress
I bought a package and paid for Aramex/TNT express shipping. The seller changed the shipping to EMS. I had VERY CLEAR instructions NOT to send it with EMS, they ignored me. When I asked for a refund on my shipping, I was informed that my claim is invalid. DO NOT BUY FROM ALIEXPRESS, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY.

Aliexpress doesn't care about my LOSS of $370.
I have placed two orders on AliExpress and paid a costly fee to have it speedily delivered by Aramex and TNT express courier, yet they sent it with EMS. The previous time, I did not confirm quickly enough that I DID NOT receive my phone that I ordered and they refuse to refund me. I lost my $370 Blackview BV9000 Pro. AliExpress is NOT a good platform to purchase any products from.
