I would like to start of by saying that I have used the screen team’s services 3 times before this with no issues. However the last time I used their services to repair my screen it worked fine until a few days later when the screen went blank. I contacted them on their WhatsApp number and explained and they promised to come back to fix it free of charge the next week. It has since been 6 weeks of back and forth with no resolution. I have been promised that they would come in of 4 separate occasions and when I follow up I am met with radio silence. They initially advised that they were awaiting stock and have since sent me proof that the stock was received last week. I am absolutely appalled by the poor customer service that I have received.
I have now given up on them rectifying the situation and I am writing this review to warn potential customers of the mess that awaits you if you use this company. I can not believe how many times I have been jerked around. I am truly disappointed in the service I have received.
