The services provided were misleading, and a staff member/owner acted dishonestly.

I ordered a replacement screen for my laptop over a year ago. I was informed that there was an issue with their suppliers, and since then I have neither received the replacement screen nor my full deposit refund. Although I have been promised a refund multiple times, it has not been fulfilled.
