“Cheap” Batteries no show

I purchased 2 li-ion batteries from the solar warehouse in july 2019, they now operating on the web as The solar shop. (In about us “The Solar Warehouse ....”) google the old gmail address also leads to other sites, like solar city, and goofthegrid. End of July Jacco Jackson mailed i quote “ This is not good and i thought by now you have received your order?honestly am disappointed this is now too much now we can't keep on working like this ...” Ever since communication has dried up. No batteries, but they advertising 50 % off year end sales? I am assured i will get Huawei ems48100. In case they had difficulty getting i tracked a company selling but not to public so Jacco bought 2 mailed me to confirm he had paid for them from his own bank account. 23 sept “ Christopher is going to check on your order today at around 10 and he will communicate ” no communicate, no batteries. Still waiting. Previously requested a refund R26000. No refund either.
