This institution lacks basic administrative tasks, customer service and updating its students, yet when payments are needed, they are quick to be calling and sending emails. I wish I had done thorough research before enrolling at this institution. I enrolled in Feb 2019 and completed the course the same year in Dec 2019, paid fully for my studies. However, to date (2021 September) I have not received the SAQA paralegal certification. They have the worst communication ever, you never get any updates about when the certificates will be released, the excuses are galore and mind you the fees are ridiculously expensive for the type of unprofessional treatment one receives. No one seems to care really, half the time the staff themselves don't even know whats happening. My advice to anyone considering this institution, DO NOT ENROLL. you will waste your MONEY and TIME.

I registered for the paralegal course in 2015 and completed in December 2016 I met up with all of my payments each month as expected and completed all the subjects and assignments were all up to date by the end of my final year in 2016, I was corresponding back and forth during this time with one of the staff at South African law school regarding registration of my National Paralegal certificate as obviously promised when you complete any given course. And was advised that once I had been verified which they apparently applied for me I would receive the certificate upon graduation. It’s now 2018 and I still have not received my registered certificate, it still has not been stamped by SASSETA if I’d known it would of taken this long I would of never done the course through them and wouldn’t recommend anyone to them, I feel highly disappointed in this campus as I’ve had to pay a lot of money for this and still have not received what I paid for and was promised in return. They don’t bother keeping you updated either and when contacting SASSETA directly I was advised that I was not on their system and was told by the campus that apparently SASSETA didn’t capture my details so if they have known this all along (2 years to be exact ) why not be on the ball and gotten it done by now? no effort was made on their part it seems and they only on the ball when it comes to collecting money...they do not keep to their word and are very unreliable I’m afraid that the campus is not legit or an accredited institution I’m very concerned about this and they have raised my suspicions!
